Agreement
By using this website, or by buying Awesomeville once ordering opens, you agree to these terms. Awesomeville is made and sold by me, Brennan Daley, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Products and pricing
I do my best to describe the game and its prices accurately. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices and availability may change, and I may correct an error or cancel an order affected by one, in which case you get a full refund.
Orders and payment
Ordering is not open yet. When it opens, payments will be handled by a payment processor and I'll name it here; I never see or store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and it's confirmed when I accept it and ship it.
Shipping and returns
Delivery and returns are covered on the shipping and refunds pages.
Using the game
Awesomeville, including its cards, artwork, text and the Virtual Edition, is my intellectual property. You're welcome to use the copy you bought in your classrooms, workshops and programs, and to print the free resources from the Town Hall for the people you teach. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the cards or the digital files, or present them as your own, without asking me first.
Virtual Edition licence
The full licence terms for the Virtual Edition, including who may use it and how many people it covers, will be published on this page before ordering opens. Until then, the Virtual Edition is offered for preview and evaluation only.
Limitation of liability
Awesomeville is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
