When women and girls do well, the whole town does too. Yet in many places they still face extra barriers to health, safety, education, income, and leadership.
This challenge asks you to create something that helps women and girls thrive.
Why it matters
When women and girls thrive, families are healthier, businesses grow, and decisions reflect the whole community.
The barriers are practical as often as they are cultural: time, childcare, safety, funding, networks, and confidence gaps can all be addressed by good design.
